Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery
Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (BMAG) first opened in 1885. It is housed in a Grade II* listed city centre landmark building. There are over 40 galleries to explore that display art, applied art, social history, archaeology and ethnography.

The Museum and Art Gallery is fully accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties. Lift Entrance to the Museum is through the Gas Hall Entrance.There is also a lift after entry to the Great Charles Street Entrance. On entering this entrance turn left down the ramp to the lift. This is the best entrance for easy access to the Staffordshire Hoard gallery.
Induction loops are located in the vestibule at the top of the main entrance staircase and in the Gas Hall reception.
