February Half Term events at the Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea

Monday, 15 February 1.00pm-4.00pm Dylan’s Animals: Animal Masks and Face Painting, a family drop in workshop suitable for all ages and abilities. We will be creating sculptural 3D animal masks inspired by some of the animals featured in Dylan Thomas’s works including foxes, owls and nightjars. As well as this, there will be some fantastic animal face painting, and a whole host of other fun animal inspired activities. Friday 19 February 1.00pm-4.00pm Dylan’s Animals: Animal Finger Puppets, a family drop in workshop. Come along and make a menagerie of puppets inspired by the animals featured in Dylan Thomas’ works. There will be a variety of techniques on offer from stitched felt to collage to colouring to suit all ages and abilities.
